Privacy Policy

This Personal Data Protection Notice (“Notice”) sets SS Corporate Services, Serikandi Corporate Services incorporated under the laws of Malaysia, personal data protection practices that will be followed to respect the personal data of individuals who deal with Foundershive. This notice is provided in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“the Act”) and the personal data protection principles which are set out in the Act.

Collection of information

We only collect personally identifiable information that you supply knowingly and voluntarily. We obtain a variety of private and personal data from you as a result of your interactions with Foundershive or your continued use of Foundershive’s services, including but not limited to:

  1. name, address, NRIC, Title, company address, email address, account number, telephone and fax numbers; and
  2. any information which may identify you, your spouse or family members

Foundershive may acquire your Personal Data via a variety of sources, including without limitation at any meetings, events, conferences, seminars, or presentations organised, sponsored, or attended by Foundershive, and/or from cookies used on the website, in addition to the Personal Data you supply directly to Foundershive. Other than when Foundershive has requested it, you may voluntarily give Foundershive with unsolicited personal information from time to time (for example, through the Foundershive websites). If you choose to share such information for any reason, you agree that Foundershive may use it in the ways stated in this Privacy Notice or as described at the time you choose to reveal it.

The Purpose of Data Collected

We may collect, use, and process your Personal Data for the following purposes in connection with the services you’ve requested and the activities you’ve attended or inquired about:

Cross Border Transfer

Your personal information may also be shared with third-party service providers who offer information technology, identity management, website hosting and maintenance, data analysis, data backup, security, and storage services on Foundershive’s behalf. By submitting data to Foundershive, you are giving your explicit consent to the transmission of data acquired for the fulfilment of your requests across international borders. As a result, your personal data may be transmitted outside of the country where you are currently residing. This includes countries where there are no particular regulations protecting personal information.
